Ttc and late, BFN so far

Hi all. I'm one day late, BFN on all tests including last one on Sunday. I'm hesitant to test a bunch and waste them. We have only been trying since the beginning of the year and I had one three week cycle with what I'm guessing was a spontaneous abortion in March. We are trying to keep our ttc casual so no temping or ovulation strips or anything. I've felt weird since estimated O (food cravings, sore boobs dpo5-9, no migraines pre-AF which always happen). Any thoughts? Thanks!!
