Contractions???

How do I know if I'm having contractions or if its jst extreme pelvic pain??

The nurse at my doctors office said she knew when her eyes started watering. I found that interesting/helpful.

With a contraction you can't walk, talk, or hardly breathe and it will let up after about 45 secs to a min. It's very hard to tell all the aches and pains apart. We don't have much longer!

Contractions usually feel like very heavy period pains.

Wen u get the pains feel ur tummy if its hard its a contraction and it can start from ur back and wrap to the front of ur lower abdomen or just be very very painful in ur back my doc told me to go up if the pain is so bad I can't barely walk and is 5mins apart :) hope this helped some

Ive never had period pains so i dont know what it will feel like 😓

Following because I keep waking up from a dead sleep in extreme hip pain. It's been going on for a few weeks and is increasingly getting worse. Moving positions doesn't help anymore. I have to get up and walk around. I see my doc on Friday. 😕
