Hostess gifts??

Is it etiquette to give hostesses gifts for baby showers? If so, does anyone have any budget friendly gift ideas?

Yes, it is nice to give a hostess gift! Doesn't have to be anything too fancy - candles, lotion and lip balm, cute key chains, travel mugs/tumblers... Just a few examples of some I have given or received. Most of these things can be found for about $10 a person if you shop smart. Plus a hand written thank you card always goes a long way in my book!

I love doing candles as hostess gifts. There's a little Amish shop in my town and they have great sales every so often. And who doesn't love a candle?!

Yes it is! Like a basket of lotions or a gift card to get her nails done. Something girly and simple. Also if you know something she specifically likes then get her that, like if she really like wine get her a basket with wine & cheeses or something in it!
