Femara? Baby aspirin?

I'm currently bleeding from our third natural miscarriage. I went to the doc today and we decided my luteal phase is on the short side and my cycles are also fairly short. 25 day average and generally only 2 days of bleeding. Since this is mc#3, we can start looking into things more. She started me on baby aspirin, 4mg folic acid, and 2.5mg Femara from cd3-7. We are taking this month to rest and clean up our diets and daily routines and will try the Femara as soon as my next cycle begins. I guess I'm hoping to hear from anyone who has tried baby aspirin and Femara, and how you felt about it. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you ladies, and good luck to all of us.
