Fertility Acupuncture Tips?

I am going for my first session on Saturday. I have regular cycles but I've heard great things so want to try it out. We also are going to our first fertility speciality appointment in a few weeks but I have one more cycle before then. Maybe we get lucky!

Does anyone know whether fertility acupuncture helps with stress management? Anyone have any tips to share? Looking for any info you ladies want to pass on! Baby dust! ✨

Yes, acupuncture helps with fertility and stress. I love it so much. After six unsuccessful IUI's, I started going to fertility acupuncture and got pregnant a few months later. I'm 11 weeks now and still going because it's awesome and has helped a lot with managing pregnancy symptoms.

I love it! Feel like I'm floating after. Helps with stress management and they know so much!! Good tips with diet and supliments as well. My tip would be to go home and rest afterwards!
