Anxiety
A few years ago I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
G.A.D.
I deal with panic attacks on a daily basis.
I'm constantly worrying and in fear, no matter if I'm in a social situation or not.
My anxiety gets in the way of living life, going out in public, and being alone.
I just recently started seeing a therapist and taking medication.
Its starting to get better, but its still hard.
I know I can never be cure of it but I can at least try to make it easier to deal with.
Does anyone else suffer with anxiety on a daily basis? If so, how do you cope with it and live with it?
