My blood pressure has been higher than it should be and my left food has been really swollen compared to my right foot. I keep having horrible headaches too, as well as pains in my legs that kind of feel like growing pains. Are these all symptoms of the third trimester, or could it be something else? I read that high blood pressure and only one swollen foot/hand could be a sogn of a blood clot and that kind of scared me. Does this happen to anyone else? Im also having twins if that has to do with anything..
