I'm 32, and hadn't really masturbated since I was in my teens/early 20s. When I was young and my hormones were amped up, I masterbated frequently - about 4-5 times a week.

When I started dating and became sexually active (18yrs+), I didn't have the need to, as I could express those feelings with my SO at the time.

During a rocky relationship that turned abusive (around age 25) I stopped masturbating altogether.

I've since been married (to an amazing man!) and after 8 years together, we are TTC and my libido is through the roof! I'm back at it, and I would say at an average of 2-3 times a week, depending on my mood and if he's home 😅

Rarely now. Its a hard habit to break, I used to daily for YEARS. If I do, I will not have an orgasm with my husband the next time we have sex 😧 Happens like that everytime. I try really hard to not do it at all, save it for my husband (who is awesome and puts the work in to make sure I'm satisfied)
