I need some mommy advice, I'm a ftm!

I have had cramping in my lower abdomen since two days ago. I woke up rather early this morning becuz it hurts when I change sleeping positions. I'm 16 weeks tomorrow. I'm not entirely showing yet. Is this ligament pain from baby about to show? Is the little one just making room??
