Does anyone know what will help me produce more milk I've been eating oatmeal and it seems to do nothing for me I usually get 2.5-4oz on my right breast but literally only 1oz on my right one is that normal? Or what can I do to get it to produce more ugh it's  like my supply never goes up and I've been exclusively pumping for 7wks now and still only get this much so jealous of all the moms who make 4oz or more of each breast lol the struggle is real over here
