Take biotin supplements! They work amazing for nail and hair growth. My hair grew twice as fast as it normally would have without it which was my savior after a bad haircut.

I've NEVER used false nails/acrylics/gel and always file and use nail strengthener. So you should do that.. As for hair... I'd love to know 💁🏼

For eyelashes if you take an old mascara bottle and clean it out you can put in half castor oil and half coconut oil. Brush it on clean eyelashes each night before bed!

Regular manicures like cuticle work and cuticle oil will encourage your nails to grow
