In need of advice!

Last night I finally had a full conversation with my husband on the topic of Ttc. We've always wanted a child but with our careers we can never decided on the right time. Well last night we decided we are going to Ttc starting after August. That way we can go on a nice vacation before this new journey begins. Thought it's a ways away I was wonder if there were any tips anyone has on how to prepare my body and my mind?! Thanks 💕
