Got a vvvfp yesterday and cramping since Saturday. Worried!

AF was due Monday. Pretty bad AF like cramps on Saturday, felt like she was coming but she's never early. I took hpt this day because glow said to and it was a BFN. I've had cramping every day since then. AF still a no show as of today (Thursday) I tested yesterday and got a vvvfp. I'll test again in the am to see if it's darker. I had a mc back in December and the cramps are worrying me. I don't want to call my doctor too early this time, simply because I'm afraid. Any words of wisdom or advice for a mommy to be cramping at 4w4d (AF 3 days late, 19 dpo)
