Did you get a reinsertion?

So I unfortunately had to get my IUD removed because it was exposed after almost 5months and it didn't even feel it coming out so I'm curious if I should get it reinserted. I liked the fact I didn't have to worry about it at all and no hormones, anyone else experienced this? Or know any good recommendations?
