This sounds really weird but hear me out.

My stomach has been making these really weird noises like it has excess gas in it and I've also been having cramps. Does excessive gas and cramps occur the day before your period normally? It's really weird. Not very worried, I've been gassy before my period but both haven't occurred at the same time before today... 🤔😂
