Vasectomy reversal

My husband had a vasectomy during his first marriage to his ex wife. We would like to have children so he had that vasectomy reversed 2 weeks ago. Has anyone ever had an experience with conceiving after a reversal? His doctor said it appeared to be successful, and we are going for a follow up next month. I have no reason to think
