Pussy problems 😩

Hey ladies I have had the IUD for 4 months I still bleed like damn near everyday but very litely such as spotting not enough for a pad or tampon to be honest. Is anyone still bleeding ?does you period ever go away ? Should you bleed 24 /30 days? I haven't blessed for two days decided to finally play with myself be leaking white secrtion like seman but very thin not milky? Any experiences
