Losing Weight

Hi Glows 😊. So I had my son in Oct. and I've been trying to lose my belly for months.Made me feel good today at the doctors because she asked if I've been losing weight. But I didn't get a chance to weight myself.  So I've been walking and found this dance work out on YouTube. But when you work out you are suppose to tighten your Abs. 💪🏽 But my Belly Pouch is so flabby that it's SUPER hard to suck in my stomach. I'm wondering if anyone knows and techniques on tightening belly fat so that it will be easier for me. & I'll take any exercises, smoothies, weight loss foods. And if any of you are doing Detox drinks and see a bunch of weight shedding off. I'll love ingredients or links 🙂 I'll try anything. 
(P.s , I have a Concussion so I can't really lay on my back. Just for back workouts ) 💜
