Need advise from men!

Do any of you men have a problem with ejaculating sometimes? My SO recently had and it's nothing to do with not being interesting enough more he gets just as into it as he always does, he said majority of the time he feels his self climax but looses it. Its not all the time but the past week has been every time we have sex. He doesn't watch porn anymore so it's nothing to do with having other interests, we have switched it up in the bedroom so we arnt doing the same old thing. If he has a wank he can come since being a male his hand probable moves a million miles an hour 😂 but basically.. Any other males had this problem? And how did you solve it or what was the issue for you? He has no clue himself. (No he's not cheating either and he doesn't want that much he only does if we've had sex and he hasn't cum in a couple days to regulate and keep his swimmers healthy) TIA :)
