After-birth plan for visitors?

What was/is your after-birth plan for your visitors? Did you have a few people come in right away? Or did you tell everyone to wait a few hours to give you time to rest?
My birth plan is to have my mom and my husband in the labor room with me. After that, I just want my husband, mom, dad, and maybe my younger sisters to come in after. Then maybe 2-3 hours later have my husbands parents and sister come in, and my grandmother. Everyone else I probably won't allow until at least the next day.

We Arnt allowing anyone to visit while we are in hospital, that's our time! My mother will be coming to stay at our house to look after our pets while we are in hospital she lives 4 hours away so she will be staying for a week to help us out. Other then that I don't want any other visitors for atleast 2 weeks after she's born 😊

Only my mum and husband are gonna be with me when the baby is born! No visitors for about a week. Where I come from, the girls mum comes to stay for about 3 months when the baby is born- so my mum would be around to help out! The whole point is so I can rest and recuperate while mum does the cooking and helping out with the baby! So all in all not a bad deal. Siblings can come visit a week after but just for a couple of hours at a time!

We're not having anyone visiting at the hospital other than hubby bringing our daughter to meet new baby for a little bit. Knowing how I felt the 1st time and I only had 4 people visit, I don't want anyone there. I'm sure everyone can wait to visit and meet bubba once we're home.

My husband and I will have our time with the baby in the first hour after birth. Once the hour is up, our parents, siblings, and possibly grandparents (if they are there) will be allowed in to visit. The rest of the family can come starting the next day, as they please, assuming everything goes well with the delivery. I am generally very laid back and I love seeing our families, so any visitors will be welcome. If they don't make it to the hospital, they will be welcome to come to our home any time they like. I will likely be resting the majority of the time, but they can visit with my husband and our parents who will be staying with us for a couple of weeks. Really looking forward to sharing this experience with our entire family. :)

With my first I said the same thing but after I had her it was kind of a free for all...and I actually didn't mind. Have a plan but stay flexible also. And be sure to communicate it ahead of time. :)

My husband and I were recently moved because of military so it's just us. We are literally no where near any family. But if we were I'd let my parents and his Immediate family come see. 
Especially his family, they don't care much about me, they just wanna see the baby. If they talked quiet enough I could probably take a nap and they wouldn't notice. Next day I'd let friends come visit if we were in the hospital still. Then once home I'd go from there. I think it's stupid demanding people stay away for an X amount of weeks. Most people do away with that anyway and want people to come visit because they are lonely or want a shower after day 5
