Should I cut my hair?

I've been trying to grow my hair out for awhile now. I work at a hair salon and recently saw the cutest lob ever on a client. So I started looking and found a cut that I really like but I'm still nervous. The first picture is how I want my hair cut and the second one is my hair now.
