Monitored Clomid Cycle

Hi everyone! This is my 4th round of Clomid with no success. If this round doesn't work, I am going to demand something different or a monitored cycle with the trigger shot (right now I only go in on CD21 for bloodwork). Can anyone tell me more about the monitored cycle? How many ultrasounds, cost, etc? Thanks y'all!
