So I was just watching this show based off real events. Basically a girl in college Starts dating this guy who is a twin. As a joke the twin bets him he can pretend to be him and sleep with her. He succeeds and sleeps with his twin brothers gf. I was watching This with a friend and made the comment "so basically he raped her" and she starts flipping out about how women now as days want to call everything rape blahblah but I would consider that rape considering she didn't consent to sex with the brother she consented to her BF

That is definitely rape. She never consented to sex with the brother, she consented to sex with the boyfriend. He impersonated somebody who she had consented to.

I don't understand how somebody can say it's not rape so if your man comes in your room In the dark and starts fucking you and then when you turn on the light it's really your roommate your gonna say it wasn't rape since technically you consented ? Lol

How could she not tell it wasn't her bf? I get it, twins looks alike. But there is at least 1 thing different. Voice, birthmark, scar, dick size, etc.

I would consider that rape. She had consented to one brother, not the other, and would have said "no" if she had been aware that it was the twin and not her BF. It's impersonation for sure.

It's like the question regarding a man who agrees to be blindfolded and have a blow job from a woman, but when he removes the blind fold it's a gay man (this exact question was aske in cc, that's why I'm referring to it). He had consented to one thing, and without getting consent they had someone else do it.
