Needing advice

I'm 37w with baby #4. At 36w my dr said that I can start self inducing using evening primrose oil. I've never used it before, I've always been induced by my Drs. She doesn't like making a pregnant woman who is extremely uncomfortable wait to long to be induced. Has anyone else used EPO? And what was you experience with it. I just started last night.
