Heartbreaking

As of yesterday  the baby has a heartbeat but my yok sack is abnormal. So that with the bleeding is signs of a chromosome issue that usually end in miscarriage. I have to rescan in a week but she said to call sooner if I have heavier bleeding. I've been bleeding for 2 days straight. But not in my underwear. Just when I wipe. Not really having any cramps. I went last week for an ultrasound and they said I was 6 weeks. I went yesterday and the baby was still measuring 6 weeks but has a healthy heartbeat.
