To much is like slip n slide lol...use a drop, u can always add more but u can't really "take away" if there's too much;)

My advice would be to start with half of the dose recommended
 When i used the 3g recommended it got really messy. I know use 1g and it is more than enough. Good luck

Insert (just a little) a few minutes before you do the deed. We used it of months as a lube and the month I did this we got pregnant.

I apply it directly on my SO, insert on day of ovulation.
