Kombucha
Any Kombucha tea drinkers out there? I drank Kombucha all of the time pre pregnancy but then laid off it when pregnant. I'm EBF right now and having cravings for some Kombucha, but have read varying perspectives on whether it's safe when breastfeeding or not.
Anyone have information on this or have had experiences drinking Kombucha while breastfeeding?
