Exercise routine
I need a good idea of what would be best for a healthy work out schedule for me. I'm 26 , 5'7", & 289R lbs right now. I do not want to include any strength or conditioning for the moment (I will later). I need to focus on MOVING and burning fat. I have a sedentary job, working 10 hour days. I work 8 days straight, then 6 days off every two weeks. I want to work up to working out more, starting slow. I have a floor cycle I want to start using at work and I have cardio videos I like to do that are fun (once you get past feeling like dying. Lol).
I'm just wondering what are some of your exercise routines (especially for weight loss), like 3 days a week - I do xx minutes this that or the other. I spend this much time walking a week... That kind of thing. I'd love to hear what you do to get some idea of what routine I want to work up to. THANKS!
