Need help...going back to work
This is my first baby I have ebf with and he's 10 weeks old. I'm returning back to work in the next few weeks so I need to start giving him a bottle. I have been pumping at night, in the morning, and once during the day. So I could build up a stash for daycare. Still planning on nursing while home with the baby.
So what I'm wanting to know is how do I know how much milk do I give him in his bottle? Do I go by what I pump during the day? During the day I get 2-3 oz and in the am when I'm engorged I get 5-6. I don't want to starve him but I don't want to over feed him either.
