Just had my baby March 16.. And Im breastfeeding. Has anyone had low milk supply? Like what did you do to try to up your supply and make it more? Im supplementing right now to which sucks and makes me sad. But i went to the dr and they told me she had lost like .3 oz or .4 oz and they were worried. Im just worried about my milk supply if its enough for her or if i should just go to formula.. Itll break my heart. I wanna breastfeed for 6 months if so longer.
