Work out

I have my post partum visit coming up, I don't plan on starting a work out till I get the ok, I had my 3rd c-section in march. I have skin that hangs down and seems like no matter what it doesn't go away! My middle child is almost 6 and even before I was pregnant with the 3rd It was there. Is there any work out or diet that anyone has done that seemed to help get rid of this?! I know it will take longer because of the c-section but seems like it won't ever go away! 😔
