Vicks rub ?

Im 26 weeks pregnant and my allergies are killing me 😩 but i dont wanna take any medicines . so i was wondering if its okay to use vicks vapor rub under my nose ? Please help i been like this for 3 almost 4 days and i cant sleep at night because i cant breathe 😷

Benadryl is so safe. I take it almost every night. I'm 16 weeks pregnant. Also took it with my first. I have awful allergies

And sick with a cold and I'm allergic to Benadryl so this is my only option I'm not allowed to take anything or even use nose spray

Yes, I use vicks when I have a stuffy nose.
