Glow keeps telling me it's peek day

Hi All,

I'm pretty sure I missed my fertile window this month and ovulation tests were negative from day 10 to 20 but glow keeps telling me today is my peek day (it's said it for the last 3 days now). Any idea how I can stop it and just carry on. I don't want to put a false positive test result in, in case it throws next month out as well.
