Ovulation cramps??

I am on cycle day 15 and woke up with the worst cramps. They are worse than my period cramps. Could this be ovulation cramps?

I get worse pms symptoms with ovulation now than I do with AF, mainly cramping. I think it's quite normal but I've only noticed it since stopping bc pills.

I get like that only when I have a cyst burst. U need the ER

Possibly but mine have never been painful really. Just little pinches.
