Dream about losing baby.

Has this happened to anyone else?! (The dream, not the situation.) I dreamt that we went in for our anatomy scan and we watched the babies heart stop beating. I started crying hysterically and tried finding the heartbeat with a Doppler but couldn't and the doctor wasn't saying anything.

I woke up and my heart was racing, and I immediately checked her heartbeat with my Doppler and everything was fine. I felt like a crazy person but the dream was so vivid and horrible.
