I told my boyfriend I wanted a promise ring, he said ok I'll get you one, didn't happen until I brought it up, we went to a shop, I picked it out myself, paid for it myself, and feel like a GODDAMN IDIOT wearing it 😂 literally got myself a promise ring and tried to convince myself it meant something from my boyfriend. It stays on my shelf now... just wish he was more thoughtful.

This is my promise ring, my boyfriend got it for me on our third month of being with one another. We were watching tinker bell whilst being cuddled up in bed when he picked up a box with a big red bow on it. We then went bowling after our movie and had an amazing night of being cuddled up together❤️

I got mine on my 18th birthday. 
We both live together so money is pretty tight. But I came home from work, walked up the stairs, opened our bedroom door and bam. The room was full of candles, and there were rose petals on the bed spelling out 'promise.' 
He had me sign our 'post it note wedding' vows like on greys anatomy which is my fave. And at the end one of our vows was to get engaged by the end of 2016 and get wedding planning.  
I'm reminded of this every night before I go to sleep as above our bed is our 'post it note wedding' 
I honestly can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him.

I have one, he talked about getting it. We looked at a few together. I knew he bought it but didn't know when it would be delivered. We were cuddling & he put my hand in his pocket, & there was the lovely promise ring in the box.💓
