Irritable AF... Baby soon?

Question

Hi ladies, I'm 37+6 and have been very lucky with my pregnancy....

But this week I have felt like extremely severe PMS - that furious anger / could burst into tears at any given moment feeling. And reacting completely out of proportion to any situation!

I've also become very spotty which is a change from the rest of the pregnancy.

I definitely feel like my hormone profile has changed - but my question is - do you think labour is coming soon?

Omg this is me. One minute I'm perfectly happy, the next I'm crying for absolutely no reason, and I am so irritable! My husband thinks I'm mad at him all the time, but I know that it isn't him. It's like I know rationally that it's hormones and I can't help it!

I've read that when labor gets closer, your progesterone and estrogen levels rise and mix together to help start labor. I find myself getting hotter than usual and feeling randomly nauseous and becoming more easily irritated too. I'm 40 weeks today.

I think it might be because ur hormones are changing now ready for birth and the next chapter- this happened to me and I broke out. Plus atm I'm feeling like I could snap at someone at any point X good luck

I hope this is the case because I have been PMS-ing for about a week and half now with on and off early labor signs. Hoping this baby decides to come when he is ready but before I kill someone with these serious mood swings 😂😝 lol

I feel so restless and irritable and not a nice person to be around! How long between PMS symptoms and labour for you? This has been going on nearly a week!!

I think so simply because I had PMS like symptoms when o went into labor with both my sons
