Wired stuff going on down there

Ok so my period was supposed to stop Thirsday (that would make 7 days) and my period always goes 7 days. Well with 3 days of no period I'm using the bathroom and notice what looks like spotting on my underwear and when I wiped it looked like blood. Is this normal?
