Help please!

I found out I was pregnant in Dec after a bad fall ended up breaking my leg...BADLY. Rods plates and screws I had surgery. I'm 26 wks now on says no to pain meds but I'm in so much pain ALL THE TIME! Starting to become unbearable. I have two other children so sitting and laying still is not an option for me. Please if anyone has been through something similar to this or knows anything to help I would greatly appreciate it.
