Vegetarians!
I'm a vegetarian and my doctor said I'm completely healthy and doing great. But... My mother in law seems to think she should nag me about my protein intake. I get around 45-60 grams a day! I feel like that is a good number for someone who doesn't eat meat? I guess it kinda upset me and hurt my feeling that she was trying to pressure me into eating meat.. I have been a vegetarian for 9 years and haven't had any health complications. EVER! I guess I just wanted to see if anyone else is going through this?
