Has anyone tested positive for Down syndrome on MaterniT21 and had a amnio show negative for Down Syndrome?

The very high false positives are what kept us from testing. It is far too common that these tests cause undue stress, fear and heartache! Fingers crossed that everything works out for you and your little one!

I don't know if the test I had was similar but I got a high risk for downs and had a cvs and it came back clear

I never had that happen but I actually read that people are not getting genetic testing anymore because there coming back positive for down syndrome and the baby comes out and it perfectly fine with no down syndrome! So I wouldn't stress too much! I also suggest maybe doing the tests again maybe that at the labs went wrong. Goodluck!
