I was supposed to get my period between 24-28th of April and never came. Took a pregnancy test and had a BFP(blue dye) and BFN on FRER. I'm getting back pain and also this pain on my right side, it's pinching and constant so it's nothing like a cramp. Back in August i had a cyst on my ovary that ruptured. Could this be a cyst? Or am I pregnant? Or both? Should I go to the emergency room or wait and make Doctor appointment?
