My daughter has the same spot and the dermatologist told me she has chronic eczema. The spots will come and go because it is chronic and it can last a few months or years. She used a cortisone cream for 14 days and it really worked but as I said it is chronic so it will come back eventually. Did you took an appointment with a dermatology already? Hope it works :)

It looks like my sons eczema did cetaphil baby wash and the babyganics eczema lotion cleared up really really fast

Looks like very dry skin. I really like this soap, my son's rash (all over his body) was gone the next day.
