Measles?

So I am 35w pregnant and my son has this really really bad rash. He has no other symptoms he is acting normal no fever noting. Everyone says it's eczema but I keep thinking it's more. It's super itchy he can't stop scratching. He has had this before but never this bad

That is what my son's eczema looks like and it is itchy. 
I use oatmeal bathes, eczema lotion and hydrocortisone cream to help clear it up.
But I agree, take him to a doctor just to be sure.

My son gets bad eczema and it looks exactly like this. I was worried it was something else as well, but after the steroid cream for eczema cured it I was convinced. 😞 try giving him some Zyrtec for the itching, and covering the rash with a blend of coconut oil, calamine, tea tree oil, cocoa or shea butter (something thick) and then top with diaper rash cream. I know that sounds like crazy a lot, but it works miracles for my baby as soon as he gets a flare up! He scratches the rashes to the point of bleeding, and has gotten infections because of it that's why I suggest the tea tree oil in the mixture. Colloidal oatmeal baths are helpful (not sure if I spelled correctly). Wrapping in a moist wash cloth for a couple of hours helps as well.
