Coffee Drinkers?

Just wanted to see if there were many mamas (to be) out there who still enjoy their coffee? I've been feeling a bit guilty lately back on the caffeine train. Also, how are you drinking them? I love mocha but I'm trying to cut down a bit on the sugar.

Just do sugar free mocha from Starbucks and half caff! Half caffeine sugar free mocha!!

I drink 1 cup almost every morning. Don't feel guilty. As long as you don't go over 200mg a day, your fine. Enjoy a cup 😋☕️

one skinny latte every day, never with sugar. I used to take a soy latte but I think my taste changed with the pregnancy ☕️😀

I drink coffee very occasionally and it's always decaf. For some reason regular just makes my heart go crazy.

My doctor okayed 1 small cup a day but I cut back a lot. If I do have coffee its probably twice a week and a small decaf lol but it does the job. But I've been finding drinking Pure Leaf Tea has been doing just as good for the caffeine.

I have a cup or two about 5 days a week, that's one thing that I couldn't let go. I feel bad even admitting this! Lol.
