Baths good or bad?

I am 37 weeks 4 days and I usually like taking warm baths to help with pain and stress but i was trying some little tips to naturally help dilate/prepare for birth like i have A yoga ball and do squats and take walks but my cousin was saying that i should try prim rose, mango and pineapples and sex BUT should try to avoid hot or warm baths because they slow down the progression into labor and dilation is there any truth to that? I love my baths but this is my first pregnancy and I'm really hoping i dont go to far overdue to where they have to induce me but of course i want her to be perfectly healthy and come whenever shes good and ready i just want to help prepare if that makes sense.
