Hey ladies! Super long story but I'll try and shorten it up. My baby girl is 4 months old, such a beautiful and very happy baby! I'm doing my absolute best to keep her that way. My fiancé is a huge problem. We just bought a home in a gorgeous neighborhood and he is struggling with drugs pretty terrible. I've tried to help in every way I can but nothing!! He's hardly showing up for work, not bringing in a dime of money bc he's blowing every damn penny. I'm at work full time and our families help with the baby. But I'm all done trying to help him. He's not helped at all with the baby, hardly helps with our dog anymore. And forget about me, we only talk rarely and it's about him getting help. So my question is, since he's not kicked out on the streets (yet), is it possible for me to get child support right out of his paycheck before he can even touch it? I need to pay the bills and he's more of an issue. I have to take easy care as this is a delicate situation, his family will make this tough on me and I get that, but I can't worry about it. Also pretty scary bc I'm about to force him to hit rock bottom and he's weak minded now so I'm just hoping he doesn't kill himself if I kick him out.
