Hey all! So I can't take any form of hormone birth control because I have Factor V Leiden Mutation in my blood. So no pills, shots, patches. My only chance of birth control is an IUD at this point. I'm 17 and my mom knows I am sexually active, which she doesn't mind, and we are doing research on IUD's. I'm making an OBGYN appointment but I was curious if anyone had any advice on them or recommendations of what to ask the OBGYN about them. Thanks!
