Valid concern. Your not supposed to put a crib by a window.
Is this a safety concern?
I was thinking of placing my crib this close in the corner of our nursery but I'm worried that the curtains are too close and that the baby will pull them down/chew on them/get tangled in them etc. Am I worrying too much or is this a valid safety concern?
(note that the picture is NOT my nursery but crib and window placement are identical)

When the child gets big enough to, they can pull the curtains in and get hung up on them. Also, some babies are climbers. If it's close to a window like that, they can climb out and accidentally go through the window.

Do you know the reasoning? I didn't know that...and all our walls have Windows except the interior wall attached to the bathroom lol. Ughhh. Might have to switch the room!
