I am currently pregnant with my 9th little one. I always said I wanted to try natural no pain medication. That was until my middle son was born. I had gotten the epidural and the thing only worked for 5 minutes. After that I've been terrified to try it drug free. But currently have done a lot of reading and have seen nothing but horrible things said about epidurals. Women being paralyzed from the waist down or the Last Story read the woman was paralyzed from her arms down. So I have decided to go drug-free this time. Does anybody have any advice on things I can do to help me work through the pain of Labor this time?
